Summer Storage Return Procedures Fall 2020
Special Note: To help out during these stressful times, we have extend all storage contracts until September 15th at no additional charge even though your storage time will be more than 4 months.
For All Returning Students
Students that are returning this Fall WILL need to request a storage delivery Date & Time by August 1, 2020. To request your delivery, please Click Here to login into your student portal and request your storage delivery.
Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing rules, that for the safety of both you and our delivery employees, we are not offering indoor delivery this Fall. In addition, there will be a minimum fee of $29.99 for all deliveries.
For Students Not Returning this Fall
Students that will not be returning to school this Fall have two options:
Option 1: Students may extend their storage contract until the Spring Semester.
To extend your storage contract, simply email our Support Desk at support@packstoreship.com and request an extension. Please include your storage contract number and the length of time you would like to extend for. We will then send you an invoice by email for the storage extension fee that you can easily pay online.
Option 2: Students may request to have their items in storage shipped home to them.
If you would like to ship your storage items home, The UPS Store offers both domestic and international shipping. To request your storage to be shipped, please email our Support Desk at support@packstoreship.com and request your items to be shipped. Please include your complete shipping address and your current phone number.
After we receive your request, we will contact you with any questions and a quote for the cost of shipping. Please note, that due to the high volume of students not returning to school due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it may take several weeks for us to reply to shipping requests and be able to ship items out. We ask for your patience during these difficult times.
